			"description" : "Booked a cruise for 14 nights on the Sky Princess for Xmas and New Year, unfortunately very few cabins available to choose from, and, none in the location we wanted, so we booked what we could get. Noticed that if we booked 6n & 8n back to back the cabin we wanted was available, but would have cost a lot more. Contacted Cruise118 on Webchat and asked Kieron Green is it possible to change cabins even though its not showing available on the 14n cruise, Kieron phoned Princess and was told it was only available if booked as 2 separate cruises. However, Kieron decided that he would not take rejection sitting down and Emailed his contact at Princess, and, a couple of days later got a positive response, we have now received a new cabin confirmation. This is our first booking with Cruise118 and if the rest of the staff are as helpful as Kieron, it certainly wont be the last……Well done Kieron, customer service at its very best!!!!!!!👍",
