These Blundstones fit the bill perfectly, the comfort level is through the roof - I could wear these casually if I wanted to. There's lots of toe room, my break-in period was zero. I put them on quickly and I'm off to the races in comfort and compliance with site safety requirements. When I get back to my desk I can quickly switch back to my office shoes, although half the time I just keep wearing the Blundstones because they're so comfortable. Would recommemnd.",
