I started with 2 capsules a day but it was a little too strong for me,  I came down to 1 daily and it gave me all I wanted, but I think the effects have declined after 2 months as my body got very used to it. \r\nI plan to take a break for a while and continue or  increase it to 2 capsules daily as prescribed.
